• Contact details: name, phone and WhatsApp number, email address and preferred language.
• Your property goals: the type of home or investment you want, preferred communities, budget, timeline and whether you plan to live in the property or rent it out.
• Transaction documents: once you decide to reserve or buy, we may need copies of your passport, Emirates ID or visa, proof of address, and details of how the purchase will be funded. Developers, the Dubai Land Department and anti-money-laundering rules require this.
• Our conversations: messages, emails, call notes and meeting notes, so we can follow up properly and keep an accurate record of what was agreed.

4. Marketing messages

We will only send you marketing by WhatsApp, SMS, email or phone if you have agreed to it, or if you are an existing client and the message relates to similar services. You can stop at any time by replying “STOP” on WhatsApp or SMS, using the unsubscribe link in our emails, or simply telling us. We respect the UAE Do Not Call Registry, and we never sell or rent your contact details to anyone.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal data only when it is needed for the purposes above:

• Property developers and sellers involved in a unit you want to reserve or buy.
• Government bodies such as the Dubai Land Department and RERA, for registration and regulatory compliance.
• Banks, mortgage advisers, conveyancers and trustees, when you ask us to involve them.
• Our service providers, such as website hosting, form, email and customer-relationship tools (currently Cloudflare for website hosting and Resend for delivering contact form messages to our inbox and sending you a confirmation email), who may only use your data to provide services to us.
• Professional advisers, such as lawyers, auditors and insurers, under confidentiality.
• Authorities and courts, where the law requires it.

6. Transfers outside the UAE

Some of our technology providers store data on servers outside the UAE. When this happens, we choose reputable providers and take reasonable steps, including contractual safeguards, so that your data stays protected to the standard required by UAE law.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it. General enquiries that do not lead to a transaction are kept for [up to 2 years] after our last contact. Transaction records and identity documents are kept for the minimum period required by UAE anti-money-laundering and real estate regulations. After that, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
